In the heart of the city, adjacent to the central Piazza del Popolo, at the gates of the historic center and close to the tree-lined avenue that leads to the sea, "Tiffany House" is a delightful newly built attic, ready to accommodate up to 4 people.
Within walking distance of the station in just 5 minutes, the accommodation consists of a double bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed. A spacious bathroom, and a picturesque balcony overlooking the rooftops of the city. Free WiFi!

The space
The "Tiffany House" is a newly built house, located on the fourth and top floor of a historic building with an elevator and without any architectural barriers. The accommodation is picturesque with its exposed beams, comfortable and cozy. It is east-facing and is very sunny, bright, quiet, and peaceful.
You can enjoy a quiet dinner or a few moments of relaxation and reading on the intimate and private terrace.
The heating is autonomous and is easily managed with an internal thermostat. The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen includes, in addition to the induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine with capsules included, cutlery, dishes, pots and everything you need to cook are obviously at your disposal. In addition, everything you need for laundry is present in the apartment: washing machine (detergents included), drying rack and clothespins, ironing board and iron. Bed linens and bath linens are fresh and clean and ready to welcome you. In the bathrooms you will find dispensers with soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, and toilet paper.

Everything in the accommodation is at your disposal and designed to make your stay pleasant. Respect and take care of it.

In particular, we make some recommendations:
- Use water but don't waste it.
- You can use the heating and air conditioning for your optimal comfort, but do not forget to turn it off if you do not use it, when you keep the windows open or when you are not at home.
- Please be careful to separate the waste and, at the end of your stay, to deliver it to the appropriate collection areas.
- Gather the used linen and leave the kitchen tidy (dishes washed and stored).
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house, we ask for the utmost respect for us and for those who will come after you. Please smoke on the terrace, where you will find ashtrays.
- Everything in the house is at your disposal, and it is strictly forbidden to use it outside the accommodation.

Guest access
You can use the apartment autonomously and independently. The apartment is entirely granted to guests.
The accommodation accommodates 4 people but, if there are only two of you and you wish to sleep separately, please communicate this request promptly and wait for confirmation in order to properly prepare the beds and linen.

Other things to note
We also remind you that under Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in an accommodation facility unless they are accompanied by a parent, or by an adult other than their parents.

Upon your arrival, a copy of an identity document of all the guests, including infants, will be requested in order to properly prepare the required formalities and communications with the competent authorities.

From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Pietra Ligure requires an accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days, from the sixth day onwards the tax is no longer due. This tax will be collected by us, and we will issue you with a regular receipt.
