Cozy and comfortable apartment of about 70 square meters located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator.
The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach of Borgio Verezzi. Entrance to the living room with a well-equipped open kitchen.
Organized to accommodate up to 4 people: it consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other twin, a kitchen complete with all appliances, a bathroom with shower, and two balconies.

The space
Profumo di mare is located on the fourth and last floor. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and is suitable for families.
You can enjoy some time relaxing and reading on the balcony.
The heating is autonomous and is easily managed with an internal thermostat.
**Air conditioning is only present in the living room and in the hallway that leads to the sleeping area.**
The kitchen includes, in addition to the hob with 4 induction burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Cutlery, dishes, pots and everything you need for cooking are obviously at your disposal. In addition, everything you need for laundry is present in the apartment: washing machine, drying rack and clothespins, ironing board and iron.
Bed linens and bath linens are fresh and clean and ready to welcome you. In the bathroom, you will find dispensers with soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, and toilet paper.

Guest access
You can use the apartment autonomously and independently. The apartment is entirely for guests.
If you are a couple or friends but wish to sleep separately, please promptly communicate this request and wait for confirmation.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a copy of an identity document of all persons, for declaration to the competent authorities.

Other things to note
We also remind you that under Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in an accommodation facility unless they are accompanied by a parent, or by an adult other than their parents.

Upon your arrival, a copy of an identity document of all guests in the house, including infants, will be requested in order to properly prepare the required formalities and communications with the competent authorities.

From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Borgio Verezzi requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days, from the sixth day onwards the tax is no longer due. This tax will be collected by us, and we will issue you with a regular receipt.
