Guest access
Each area of the property is for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

The only spaces that are not accessible to guests are the tavern and the garage in the basement.

Access is simple and intuitive.

Parking is private and is located on the property.

Other things to note
Identity documents:
Upon your arrival, you will be asked for a copy of an identity document (front/back identity card or passport) of all guests of the house, in order to correctly prepare all the required formalities, registration in the facility and communications with the public security authorities.

Minors:
According to Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in an accommodation facility if they are not accompanied by a parent, or by an adult other than their parents (provided with a specific proxy from at least one of the parents). During your stay in our villa, you will have all the spaces and amenities that the house offers. Every corner of the residence, as well as every object, has been chosen and cared for with love by the owners to ensure a unique and comfortable experience.

From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Albenga requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days, from the sixth day onwards the tax is no longer due. This tax will be collected by us and we will issue you with a regular receipt.

We invite you to treat every element in the house with respect and attention. The furnishings, appliances, and furnishings are not just passing objects, but an integral part of our residence, carefully selected to create a cozy and refined environment.
