The "Grecale" is a spacious three-room apartment on the first floor of a building, equipped with an elevator and without architectural barriers.
We are in the sea area, the promenade is just 180 meters away (approximately).
In a few minutes you can reach the train station.

The space
The "Grecale" is a spacious three-room apartment on the first floor of a building, equipped with an elevator and without architectural barriers.
The heating is easily managed with an internal thermostat, while the air conditioning is only present in the kitchen and in the double bedroom.

The kitchen includes, in addition to the hob, a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cutlery, dishes, pots and everything you need to cook are obviously at your disposal. In addition, everything you need for laundry is in the apartment: washing machine (detergents included), drying rack and clothespins, ironing board and iron. Bed linens and bath linens are fresh and clean and ready to welcome you. In the bathroom, you will find dispensers with soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, and toilet paper.

Everything in the accommodation is at your disposal and designed to make your stay pleasant. Respect and take care of it.

In particular, we make some recommendations:
- Use water but don't waste it.
- You can use the heating for your optimal comfort but do not forget to turn it off if you do not use it, when you keep the windows open or when you are not at home.
- Please be careful to separate the waste and, at the end of your stay, to deliver it to the appropriate collection areas.
- Gather the used linen and leave the kitchen tidy (dishes washed and stored).
- Smoking is prohibited inside the home, we ask for the utmost respect for us and for those who will come after you.
- Everything in the house is at your disposal, and it is strictly forbidden to use it outside the accommodation.

Guest access
You can use the apartment autonomously and independently for the duration of your stay. The apartment is granted entirely to guests.
The accommodation accommodates 4 people, but, if there are only two of you and you wish to sleep separately, please communicate this request promptly and wait for confirmation in order to properly prepare the beds and linen.

Other things to note
We also remind you that under Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in an accommodation facility unless they are accompanied by a parent, or by an adult other than their parents.

Upon your arrival, a copy of an identity document of all guests of the house, including infants, will be requested in order to properly prepare the required formalities and communications with the competent authorities.

From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Albenga requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days, from the sixth day onwards the tax is no longer due. This tax will be collected by us, and we will issue you with a regular receipt.

According to the MITE Decree, in zone C, heating can be turned on for 10 hours a day from November 15, 2024 to March 31, 2025;
