The space
This gem of Liguria is perfectly suited to any type of traveler. From those who are looking for a peaceful and quiet beach vacation to those who are passionate about the outdoors and outdoor activities, looking for a destination scattered with tracks, trails and areas to explore, immersed in nature, whether it is land or water.

Arriving by car, you can park in the free private parking lot, less than 4 minutes from the apartment.

In addition, the nearest highway exit is 8.6 km from the apartment, which makes it functional for your travels in Liguria during your stay.

Once you have reached the indicated address and crossed the small gate, the access driveway will lead you to the door of your apartment.

Crossing the threshold, you will be pleasantly impressed by the large and fresh equipped kitchen. Longer stays will not be a problem, as you have an oven, stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Dishes, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, are placed in the various compartments.

Here you will find a very comfortable sofa with a coffee table where you can relax in front of the TV.

The bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. In this environment there is also a washing machine, which can be used free of charge.

Once the ground floor environment is finished, you just have to climb the slate staircase typical of the houses of the Historic Center.

The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms. Sheets, linen, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.

A first master bedroom with a double bed. A wardrobe and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal belongings.

The second bedroom has a single bed overlooking the terrace. Shelves and hangers will also be available for guests in this room.

From this environment, we move into the last, intimate space, the pocket terrace. Large enough to hold an outdoor table with 4 chairs. In the morning at breakfast you can sit here, to start the day well or maybe work remotely, in complete privacy.
In the summer, although the sea is a short distance from you, you can opt to sunbathe here, using the two deckchairs provided.

Hot summers are no problem for this apartment, which has two high-performance split air conditioners. One for each floor.

Guest access
You can use the apartment autonomously and independently. The apartment is entirely granted to guests.

Other things to note
In the event of a reservation for only two people, the double bed will be prepared. If you are a couple or friends but wish to sleep separately (double bed + single bed), please inform us promptly and wait for confirmation.
If you need them, we can provide you with a high chair and a cot. Again, please let us know at the time of booking.

We also remind you that, according to Italian law, minors (even if they have an identification document) cannot stay in a hotel unless they are accompanied by a parent or an adult other than their parents.

Upon your arrival, a copy of an identity document of all the guests of the house (front/back) will be requested, including infants, in order to correctly prepare the formalities and communications with the competent authorities.

From April 1 to October 31, the Municipality of Bergeggi requires a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (over 12 years) up to a maximum of 5 days. This tax will be collected by us and we will issue you with a regular receipt.
